我从 14 年开始，量化投研，量化交易，都做过，接触过很多团队，很多人，符合以下两点：

- 找人合作的，都希望量化能神奇的补充一下自己的策略，带来新的赚钱策略。而不是把自己的策略量化。

- 有稳定的赚钱策略了，就找人实现。这种还没有，即使这么说的，工作开展了之后也发现，这人根本没有稳定赚钱额策略，回到前一条。
