@shiyunjin #79 claude code 太重了，经常普通的 1 次 prompt 就能消耗 10w+的 token 。
你可以改用 copilot cli （或者 vscode 的 copilot agent ）试试，目前已能接入第三方 AI 模型了，copilot cli/agent+GLM5.2 体感很好，相同 AI 模型/相同行为，copilot cli 的 token 消耗只有 cc 的 0.3-0.6 倍。

接#21 题外话，保险公司最希望你投保中期退保，他们的利润最厚。另外如果持有 10 年以上进入收获期，要小心保险员忽悠你们退保。
